About Us
Family-run business of dedicated process servers.
After living in Woodstock for over 20 years, we have a strong love for our community and we're very excited to run a family business in such a wonderful area. Having worked in the legal field for over 15 years we saw a need in Oxford County and the surrounding area for quality process serving. With experience from former private investigating, we also have additional skills to help our clients with serving their documents.
Thanks to our wonderful clients, our business has grown to include 2 more process servers and a website designer. We are grateful for your support and look forward to serving you... or whomever you need us to!
Process Serving
Below is a list of our process serving services & rates. A sworn affidavit is included with every completed service.
Local Service (within Woodstock) – $65 + 65¢/km
Service outside Woodstock – $80 + 65¢/km
Additional Parties / Services (same time & location) – $20
Attempted Service – $55 + 65¢/km
Secondary Mail Service – $20
Additional Fees
Waiting Time – $25/hour
Rush Service (within 24 hours) – $20
Other Services
We can help with more than just process serving:
Filing, Issuing, and Retrieving at Court
Woodstock – $30/file
Outside of Woodstock – $60/file + 65¢/km
Document preparation including copying, binding, & scanning - please contact as cost varies depending on the project
Additional Fees
Waiting Time – $25/hour
Rush Service (within 24 hours) – $20
